CBLF has been under the same family ownership since 1961. We are a family-run business whose primary goal is to aid businesses with effective accounts receivable management skills. Our programs are tailored to improve your cash flow and reduce your receivables while maintaining your goodwill. Our experience and technology allow us to locate and engage with your customers. We pride ourselves on being firm but fair, and our honest approach helps to establish a relationship with your customers. This approach results in more accounts being collected.

CBLF has three management staff who have all served as President of our state collection association in addition to holding other officer positions and serving on their Board of Directors. The management of CBLF has over 100 years of combined experience in collections.

CBLF takes data security seriously. Our data is stored in an off-site, US-based facility that offers unparalleled security with a multi-layered system that is designed to identify and stop threats before they occur. Your data is protected both at rest and in transit. This facility has undergone SOC Audits, HIPAA and PCI assessments, and has regular external vulnerability testing completed. It is a certified SOC 2 Type 2 company.

Our collection software is extremely flexible and adaptable to your business needs. Collection Reports are available in a variety of formats and they can be scheduled to be sent to multiple contacts at a specified date and time. If your business has more than one location, they can be separated by address but also belong to one comprehensive group. “Snapshots” of our database are taken multiple times throughout the day ensuring that your data is maintained and saved.
